Job Description
- Create a Business Development strategy including future plans, account planning, operating model, targets, capability building, bid management and Presales activities.
- Revenue generating project globally and related projects.
- Develop networking with multiple stakeholders from government agencies including embassies, foreign affairs, etc.
- Represent the organization at Bid meetings, conferences and events etc.
- Drive win-loss analysis of bids to ensure higher conversion ratios
- Define a framework for effective pursuit management.
- Drive the creation of differentiated bid response collaterals such as technical demos, about the organization and its competitive advantage, case studies, etc.
Requirement
- 8 to 12 years of experience in BD / Sales
- Sales experience of services to governments, ministries and diplomatic missions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related field.
