Job Description: 

To prepare a quality assurance plan for machine validation by understanding the machine performance parameters.

Ensure that the machine implementation is happening as per plan by strictly adhering to laid-down procedures.

To manage the customer's Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) by coordinating with all the departments necessary to do so.

To monitor the product quality at every stage of the product/process line to ensure the company's standards are met.

To release the final product after quality certification.

To conduct CAPA to ensure customer satisfaction by following the laid-down procedure.

To implement a QMS system across all the plants in an integrated manner.

To carry out instrument maintenance and calibration.

To do self-certification by carrying out vendor evaluations and audits.

Technical Knowledge of machines and ISO 9000 – 2015 to get the plant certified as per the standards.

To handle the third-party inspection and be responsible for maintaining all quality assurance documents.
