We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Cash Loan. As the Head of Cash Loan, you will be responsible for building and managing our collateral-based lending business, with a focus on car and motorcycle refinancing. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies, managing stakeholders, and leading a team to drive the success of our secure lending products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of collateral-based lending, including the collateral process, securing financing, and managing the lending process.
• Build and lead a high-performing Secured Lending team, including recruiting, training, and mentoring team members.
• Identify and pursue potential partnerships to enhance our secure lending offerings.
• Utilize your negotiation skills to establish favorable terms with stakeholders and partners.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and distribution mechanisms to develop competitive lending strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective systems and processes for loan origination.
• Lead project management initiatives to ensure timely and successful implementation of lending products.
• Serve as the product manager, overseeing the development and enhancement of cash loan products.
• Drive go-to-market strategies to promote and launch our secure lending products.
• Focus on car and motorcycle refinancing, leveraging collateral with BPKB to request loans.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the car used financing business, with a strong background in secure lending.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Extensive knowledge of collateral-based lending, including understanding of the collateral process and securing financing.
• Experience in the development and launch of secure lending products.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to analyze market trends and pricing.
