Qualification: UG / Graduate – Diploma / BE electrical, Electronics, E&TC, Instrumentation

Experience: 5-7 years

Technical Skill required:

1. PLC automation & programming, HMI and VFDs programming and troubleshooting of Siemens, Mitsubishi & FANUC make models / series.
2. Good understanding of different types of sensors, contactors, relay, timers, counters etc.
3. Hands on experience in electrical circuits, CNC and PLC systems.
4. Good understanding of Breakdown, preventive & predictive maintenance.
5. An excellent analytical skill to address root causes and Why-Why Analysis.
6. Understanding of MTTR and MTBF concepts.
7. Awareness about safety systems - LOTO, and EMS-OHSAS requirements.
8. Understanding of Integrated energy management system -ISO50001 for ensuring necessary compliances.
9. A good observer & ability to suggest changes for improvement in advance electronics.
10. Ability to train others & coach.
11. Understanding of IOT / Industry 4.0 to maintain and sustain upstream and downstream technical (Electrical and electronics) requirements.
12. Develop a comprehensive automation Strategy & Planning to improve the productivity.
13. Understanding of solar energy & necessary coordination with Solar agencies
