About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Delivery Projects to lead medium-to-large customer projects from planning through execution and handover. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. You will lead and motivate project teams, manage risks and resources, coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders, and act as the primary point of contact for customers. The role requires strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges, maintain contractual compliance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Who you are
- Experienced in leading medium-to-large delivery projects from planning to execution.
- Proven project management experience with at least 6 years managing complex projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant technical field, or equivalent 10–15 years of experience.
- Certified project manager (PMP®, or IPMA Level B/C).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of leading cross-functional project teams.
- Skilled in managing budgets, schedules, and project risks effectively.
- Solution-oriented, able to handle complex project challenges and implement recovery plans for troubled projects.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in coordinating internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
- Knowledgeable in project execution standards, contractual compliance, quality, and HSE requirements.
- Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Committed to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

- Lead project teams and oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and control.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.
- Manage project risks, deviations, and claims, implementing solutions to recover troubled projects if needed.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, including suppliers and subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships and satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, financials, and resource utilization, making adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and health, safety & environment (HSE) standards.
- Oversee project handover and ensure successful project completion.
