Project Delivery Engineer

We are looking for Project Delivery Engineers who are interested in technology, understand its power & potential, and are enthusiastic about the renewable energy sector.

 We are looking for engineers to join our client project delivery team at our offices in Karachi. The team works on developing and delivering software solutions for collecting, storing, processing, and presenting industrial plant data all the way from edge to the cloud. We mainly work in the sectors of renewable energy (solar, wind, hydro power and battery storage), and also within the oil and gas sector. The Karachi team works together with the team in Norway.

 As a candidate, you should be self-driven and able to take the lead while also being comfortable working in a team and collaborating with others. 

 Job Requirements:

  • Installation, setup, configuration, development and documentation of clients' asset management (Scada and Operations & Management system, 0&M) and data gateway solutions
  • Focus on reporting and dashboard parts of solutions
  • Contribution and responsibility in client delivery projects
  • Support to customers and partners on clients' asset management (Scada and O&M) and data gateway solutions

Wanted qualifications:

  • BE or Master's in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Computer Science
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Comfortable working directly with customers

Relevant areas of knowledge and experience:

    • Software development and software coding
    • Relevant coding languages: C#, Python, C, C++, SQL
    • Industry 4.0, IIOT, industrial digitalization
    • Databases (SQL, database management, database design)
    • Business intelligence software
    • MS Windows servers, MS Azure
    • Information modeling/data contextualization
    • Cyber security
    • Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
    • Domain experience within energy production (solar, wind, hydro, BESS, hybrid) and/or other industries such as O&G and manufacturing
