As a Staff Physical Therapist, your role will involve conducting evaluations, formulating written treatment plans, and delivering ongoing treatments aimed at enhancing patients' functional abilities in alignment with our overarching treatment goals.
Your responsibilities:
- Complete evaluations of patients to assess their physical status and functional abilities.
- Develop written treatment plans based on evaluations and in conjunction with overall treatment objectives.
- Provide ongoing treatments to patients aimed at improving their functional status.
- Deliver patient-focused care within the framework of whole-person healthcare.
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements:
- 1 year work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in Physical Therapy; graduation from accredited college or university.
- California Physical Therapist License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
