Customer Service Engineer
Job Description
- Responsible for installation, commissioning and training of vision inspection system, and machine acceptance.
- Pay customer visits for pre-sales evaluation and after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction and build strong relationship.
- Handle machine maintenance, and conduct troubleshooting to solve technical issues.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in providing technical services.
- Good communication skills in Mandarin.
- Having a diploma or degree related to mechanical or electrical majors is preferred.
- Good communication skills, hard working, self motivated, and a good team player.
- Knowledge in mechanical and electrical, can read and draw basic drawings. Familiar with AutoCAD.
