Your Role in the Team

As the Production Manager, you’ll lead our team in mastering daily production challenges, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on time. Your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing Production: Manage every aspect of the production process, from winding and core production to assembly, testing, and final preparation for shipment.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated team, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and quality.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to enhance our production methods, increasing efficiency while prioritizing safety and environmental standards.
• Planning & Budgeting: Create production flow plans, manage capacity, and oversee the annual production budget, ensuring a smooth and cost-effective operation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with quality, planning, and engineering teams to align production goals and meet customer expectations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven track record in a production management role within an industrial setting, ideally in large-scale machinery or transformer production.
• Education: Degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or a related field.
• Lean Manufacturing: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with lean manufacturing principles.
• Languages: Proficiency in German and English to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Leadership & Responsibility: A strategic thinker who can inspire teams, prioritize safety, and maintain composure in complex situations.
