We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior QA/QC specialist to join our team at a leading Oil & Gas company based in Kuwait. Responsibilities of the role include conducting internal audits, managing process mapping, documentation, and ensuring strict adherence to ISO standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to set guidelines, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintain meticulous control over all quality-related documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Internal Audits: Lead and conduct comprehensive internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ISO standards.
• Process Mapping: Analyse and map out current processes to identify areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, process improvements, and corrective actions. Ensure all documentation is thorough, accurate, and up-to-date.
• ISO Standards Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of ISO standards relevant to the oil and gas industry, ensuring that all operations meet these requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to develop and implement quality assurance guidelines and SOPs.
• Guideline Setting: Establish and maintain quality assurance guidelines that align with both company objectives and regulatory standards.
• SOP Development: Draft, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance across all processes.
• Document Control: Act as the primary document controller, overseeing the management, distribution, and archiving of all quality-related documents.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Chemical Engineering, or a related fields.
• Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or quality control within the oil and gas sector.
• Certifications: Certifications related to QA/QC, ISO standards, or related areas are highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency with document management systems and quality assurance software is a plus.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
