Purpose:
This role is responsible to lead quality department and maintain the QMS systems through collaborating with the production teams and ensure zero customer complaints
Education Qualification: B.E., B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Technical & Professional Knowledge required:
• 5-6 yrs of experience in the following:
• Hands on experience in quality function
• Must have worked with cross functional teams and high on influential skills
• Should have worked in In process and final quality
• Should have worked on QMS, IATF and ISO
Key responsibilities attached to the role:
• Responsible to ensure adherence & improve quality at in process, supplier quality
• Accountable to ensure timely updating of documentation as per IATF 16949:2016
• Responsible to conduct the process audit & inform the nonconformities to concern and process validation for new machines
• Accountable to track and monitor quality target Vs actual
• Responsible for conducting the root cause analysis & take corrective measures for customer complaints
• Responsible for implementation of the corrective actions for closure of customer complaint
• Responsible for improving the supplier performance by training & support for up gradation
• Accountable for tracking EBITDA performance, customer debit notes & quality cost incurred due to faulty supplies
• Accountable for identifying and reduce process rejection by anaylsing data/process/material
• Responsible for conducting DOE studies at critical processes
• Responsible for EBITDA Performance ( %) - Customer Debit Notes & Quality Cost Incurred Due To Faulty Supplies
• Responsible for No of Implemented Kaizen (Min 2 No /month). Cost saving for maximum saving from QA dept
• RF Section & input RM deviations data recording & control
• Identifying process improvement & cost saving initiatives realization
• New tooling requirement to be raise as per high/abnormal rejn. % observation
• Part wise rejection monitoring , structured analysis with close loop action plan.
• Ensuring discipline maintained at process through GEMBA , layered audits, trainings , escalations.
