Role: Lead Finance
Reporting to: Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Education Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), preferably first attempt or rank holder.
Experience required: 2 years of experience; manufacturing industry exposure is a plus
Technical & Professional Knowledge required
'• Strong knowledge of MIS, costing, and FP&A principles and practices.
• Proficient in Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred), and financial modeling tools.
• SAP experience will be plus
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
• A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Key Responsibility
1. Management Information System (MIS):
Prepare, analyze, and present accurate MIS reports on operational and financial metrics.
Develop and implement dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide actionable insights to management for operational improvements.
Analyze product and operational costs to recommend cost-saving measures.
2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
Conduct variance analysis of actual performance vs. budget/forecast and provide recommendations.
Support strategic initiatives by preparing financial models and scenario analyses.
3. Compliance & Process Improvement:
Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and compliance with statutory requirements.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
4. Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.
Assist the CFO in preparing reports and presentations for management and board meetings.

Forecast Accuracy: Ensure minimal variance between forecasted and actual results for more accurate financial planning.
Cost Reduction Initiatives: Identify and implement strategies to reduce production and operational costs while maintaining quality.
Timely and Accurate Financial Reporting: Deliver error-free, on-time financial reports to support decision-making and compliance
Working Capital Optimization: Improve inventory turnover, receivables, and payables to enhance liquidity and financial efficiency
Operational Efficiency through MIS: Utilize MIS to monitor and analyze key metrics, driving improvements in manufacturing and financial performance
