Marine Engineer -Energy Industry

We are seeking a talented Marine Engineer for one of our clients in energy industry. Your expertise in marine analyses and calculations will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the marine basis for projects.
• Ensure quality and punctuality of marine work based on established plans, procedures, and routines.
• Establish, update, and maintain marine work sequences.
• Prepare marine documents and implement construction and HSSE-friendly designs.
• Ensure the marine basis is up to date, incorporating new designs, revisions, DCNs, and fabrication deviations.
• Perform design verification and clarify any unclear details and requirements.
• Verify engineering and vendor documentation, providing feedback to suppliers on any lack of information or discrepancies.
• Prioritize HSSE in all work execution.

Key Qualifications:

• Theoretical and practical knowledge of structural analysis and calculation, hydrostatic stability, and hydrodynamics.
• Strong communication skills with external parties in marine operations and other disciplines.
• Solid understanding of industry standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in software such as Staad-Pro, Sesam, StruProg, Mathcad, 3D/2D CAD systems, and technical registers like MIPS and planning systems.
• Good knowledge of PEM.
• Higher University Degree (Bachelor's and Master's in Marine Engineering or a related field).
• Solid command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
