Job Overview:

The Electronic / PLC Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electronic components, automation systems, and PLC-based control systems in the production of adult diapers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic systems, PLC programming, and troubleshooting, ensuring all equipment runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, and maintain PLC systems and other electronic control devices.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs to optimize machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to integrate systems and improve production processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while implementing automation solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance teams.
• Monitor and analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
• Manage technical documentation, including wiring diagrams and equipment manuals.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.).
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics and control systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving within a manufacturing environment.Knowledge of automation, sensor integration, and machine control.
