Why This Role?

Operators and Junior Operators are responsible for running and monitoring production machinery used in the manufacturing of adult diapers. Junior operators will assist senior operators with their duties while learning and gaining skills in the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
• Inspect materials, machinery, and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform minor adjustments to machinery as needed to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in machine setup, calibration, and changeovers.
• Record production data, including output and downtime.
• Follow safety procedures and report any issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in operating production machinery (preferred but not required for Junior Operators).
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
