We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager - Product Service Delivery (PSD) Cementing to lead and oversee our cementing operations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise in cementing services, technical design, and operational management, ensuring excellence and innovation in our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cementing Operations: Oversee primary and remedial cementing operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Slurry Design & Optimization: Develop cost-optimized cement slurry designs and introduce new technologies.
• Well Integrity Management: Ensure hydraulic and zonal isolation through innovative well integrity practices.
• High-Pressure High-Temperature (HPHT) Cementing: Lead cementing operations for HPHT wells, ensuring compliance and precision.
• Cement Evaluation Tools: Utilize and interpret tools such as CBL and Ultrasonic Scanners for accurate assessments.
• API Standards Compliance: Ensure all operations align with API standards for cementing.
• Technical Software Proficiency: Employ cementing design tools to optimize operations.
• Workflow Design: Create and implement operational workflows for cementing services.
• Operational Oversight: Plan, execute, and monitor cementing operations, including field calculations, acidization, and other pumping jobs.
• On-Site Supervision: Direct and supervise mixing, running, and pumping of cement slurries, including ultra-light and heavyweight slurries. Utilize jet mixing, re-circulating systems, and automatic density control systems for precision.
• Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational goals.
• Strategic Thinking: Drive strategic initiatives to improve service delivery and align with organizational goals.

Experience:

• 12-15 years of relevant experience in cementing services, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering.
• Expertise in cementing operations, well integrity management, and HPHT cementing.
• Proficiency in cement evaluation tools and software for design and operations.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
