As part of this role, you will contribute to projects that enhance the reliability and efficiency of Biogas Systems, as well as onshore and offshore application. Key Responsibilities
- Execute field service activities and general practices safely and cost-effectively.
- Perform basic troubleshooting, running tests, fine-tuning, adjustments, trimming related to running performance, on equipment.
- Independently perform significant/complex repairs and complete overhaul.
- Service and repair of Gas analyse systems and adjustment of pressure/temperature sensors.
- Filter exchange, lubrication of motors, electrical checks etc.
- Perform warranty and commissioning activities, handing the equipment over to the customer.
- Perform internal and external progress status of the assigned work.
- Participate in pre and post briefing for each mission.
- Create the Service Work Reports.
- Collect and organise time and expense reports. Reporting and informing administrative personnel as required.
- Ensure that the work is executed according to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures.
- Adhere to safety instructions and report deviations.
- Supervise the tasks performed by employees and subcontractors.
- Advice and promote products and solutions to customers.
Key Requirements
- BSc in mechanical engineering or equivalent job experience
- Must be Fluent in Swedish or Danish & English, written and verbal
- Willing and able to meet an extensive travel program
- Proven hands-on experience with mechanical overhaul and maintenance of industrial equipment, particularly pumps, compressors, valves, and electrical equipment
- Familiarity with applicable Classification Society rules for the marine industry (DNV, BV, LRS, ABS, etc.)
- Previous experience with customer care by ensuring clear communication, professional conduct, and proactive problem-solving to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Highly service minded
- Previous experience with the Service Work Reports
- Good computer skills, beneficial familiarity with Siemens PLCs or similar control systems
- Structured, good attention to detail, and self-motivating
- Collaborative and team mindset, ability to work in a multinational team
