Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support on digital solutions and training programs.
• Deliver technical presentations, training, and consultations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
• Support sales teams with cost estimations and proposals.
• Review and interpret technical drawings for project alignment.
• Oversee Training Center operations, including scheduling and content management.
• Monitor training utilization, customer feedback, and order intake.
• Act as a liaison between departments for smooth coordination.
• Engage in industry events to enhance market presence.
• Assist in quotations, technical documentation, and customer solutions.
• Travel (~20%) for client visits, conferences, and training.
