Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modelling to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Manage and streamline accounting operations including AP/AR, GL, and payroll processes to enhance organisational efficiency.
• Ensure all tax filings and statutory compliance are completed accurately and submitted on time, minimising risks related to non-compliance.
• Develop and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure robust financial reporting.
• Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and implement recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or international business environment.
• Strong knowledge and application of accounting principles, international financial reporting standards (IFRS), and tax regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills for financial modelling and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
