✅ 10+ years of experience in Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, or Procurement within Engineering & Site Services.
✅ Experience in project-driven industries like Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, or Construction.
✅ Ability to drive change and unify local processes into a global framework.
✅ Strong stakeholder engagement – collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing global suppliers.
✅ Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Willing to travel up to 25% across Europe, the Middle East, and India.
