Client Overview:

Our client, a leading Garment Manufacturing Company based in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, seeks a skilled Store Incharge to manage their store operations and ensure smooth inventory and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receipt and Inspection: Inspect incoming materials (raw, consumables, packaging).
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Material Issuance: Issue materials to production as per schedules.
• Supplier Coordination: Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Stock Audits & Reconciliation: Regular audits and corrective actions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records and provide insights for optimization.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

Accountabilities:

• Ensure inventory accuracy, material availability, and supplier performance.
• Maintain optimal stock levels, control costs, and ensure store safety.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with a Diploma in Textile Industry.
• 2-3 years of experience in garment manufacturing.
• Proficiency in ERP software (Vishal Gems), Microsoft Excel, and garment fabric knowledge.
