Product Manager

Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Responsible for the complete GTM strategy and local launch plans for the mobile business.
- Strategy Presentations: Create PowerPoint business strategy decks for regional and global sessions.
- Campaigns & Budget Management: Plan and manage trade promotional strategies and budgets.
- Product Portfolio Strategy: Manage the product lineup’s pricing and margin strategy. Maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors’ offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Competitive heat mapping with competitor models.
- Sales Forecast: Develop SKU-level weekly sellout forecasts.
- New Initiatives & Innovations: Identify, define, and champion new business growth avenues based on market and customer insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and key account management (KAM) teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of GTM plans.
Experience:
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in product management, category management, or trade marketing with leading MNCs in FMCG or electronics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution. MBA is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving orientation with the ability to leverage both quantitative and qualitative analysis for data-driven decision-making and business results.
