Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead brand strategy, integrated marketing communications, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and revenue growth.
As a key leader, you will oversee cross-functional marketing teams, ensuring a consistent brand message across PR, digital, media, and campaign initiatives. This role requires a visionary leader with strong business acumen, data-driven decision-making skills, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Communication Strategy Development
Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies for new product launches and existing product portfolios.
Align marketing strategies with business objectives to maximize market impact.
Establish marketing KPIs to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
2. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Define and execute a comprehensive brand strategy, ensuring brand consistency and market leadership.
Oversee brand identity, messaging, and brand portfolio management.
Develop and implement a brand architecture and positioning framework to build a strong, recognizable brand.
3. Campaign Planning & Execution
Lead the creative development of multi-dimensional marketing campaigns across various consumer touchpoints.
Develop data-driven marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement, retention, and acquisition.
Ensure alignment of marketing messages across all channels (digital, social media, PR, print, TV, OOH, and events).
Optimize marketing spend and budget allocation for maximum ROI and revenue impact.
4. Digital & Performance Marketing
Oversee digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, influencer marketing, and social media campaigns.
Lead data-driven marketing strategies, leveraging AI, automation, and analytics to drive engagement and conversions.
Implement and optimize customer segmentation, personalization, and CRM strategies.
5. Public Relations & Media Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and PR agencies to enhance brand visibility.
Manage corporate communications, crisis management, and thought leadership initiatives.
Drive earned media strategies to maximize brand exposure.
6. Integrated Marketing Program Management
Ensure that all marketing programs and campaigns align with the company’s overall vision and business strategy.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, finance, and customer success teams to drive marketing alignment.
Monitor and track performance metrics, marketing analytics, and customer insights to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
7. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team across different functions.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and global partners to execute successful marketing initiatives.
Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and collaboration within the marketing department.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 12-18 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, and communications, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in integrated marketing strategy, brand management, and digital marketing.
Proven track record of successful brand-building, campaign execution, and driving revenue growth.
Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
Experience managing large marketing budgets and optimizing spend for ROI.
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in marketing performance metrics, data analysis, and decision-making.
