We are now seeking a dedicated Business Partner – Talent Mobility to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering an excellent experience to our candidates.

Role Overview

As a Business Partner – Talent Mobility, you will be responsible for screening international candidates, supporting their visa documentation and processes, and acting as a bridge between candidates and partner organizations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a high degree of cultural sensitivity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screening of candidate applications and resumes
• Schedule and conduct introductory calls to assess suitability and motivation
• Provide guidance on document collection, including educational and employment records
• Track visa application timelines and maintain up-to-date records
• Support candidates in navigating embassy appointments and procedural steps
• Conduct targeted research on job markets, visa regulations, and industry trends
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with data privacy policies
• Coordinate with external visa processing partners and legal advisors
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop informative and promotional content
• Assist in creating email campaigns, newsletters, and resources for candidate engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or international mobility
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Good understanding of visa processes and documentation
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
• High attention to detail, cultural awareness, and organizational ability
