About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Data Lead to spearhead our data strategy and enhance our data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading data teams, managing data architecture, and implementing scalable data solutions across the organisation.

Data Strategy and Management

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of data architecture and pipelines.
  • Ensure the accuracy, security, and compliance of data across all platforms.

Leadership and Team Development

  • Lead and mentor a team of data professionals to optimize performance and growth.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the data team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business operations.

Data Analytics and Reporting

  • Implement advanced analytics to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Develop and maintain data reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure best practices in data analytics and governance are consistently applied.
Technology and Tools
  • Leverage industry-leading tools and technologies to enhance data management capabilities.
  • Evaluate and integrate new data technologies to improve data processing efficiency.
  • Promote the use of Machine Learning and AI to advance data initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 8+ years in data management roles with a focus on strategic leadership.
  • Skills: Expertise in data architecture, analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), and data governance practices.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
