Overview:

The Sr Manager in Wealth Operations and Documentation will play a pivotal role in leading and strategizing all operational and documentation processes within our Wealth Management division. You will ensure streamlined operations, compliance, and client documentation accuracy while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team responsible for wealth operations and client documentation processes.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and client satisfaction.
• Oversee client onboarding, transaction processing, and documentation accuracy.
• Identify process improvements and leverage technology for operational excellence.
• Act as the focal point for audit processes and ensure timely resolution of any findings.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is advantageous.
• Extensive experience in wealth management operations, with a strong focus on documentation.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance within wealth management.
