We're Hiring: Java Full Stack Developer
Location: Poland (Remote/Hybrid)

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative and agile software development team, where your full stack capabilities will be critical to delivering end-to-end solutions. You'll be responsible for building both backend systems and intuitive front-end interfaces, playing a key role in digital transformation initiatives for global enterprise clients.

You’ll be working with a leading global IT consulting company, engaged in high-impact digital transformation projects for enterprise clients across various industries.

What You’ll Do

• Develop backend services in Java (Spring Boot). 
• Build responsive and interactive UIs using React and Angular.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product                 managers, and developers.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (planning, design,                           development, testing, deployment).
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
• Advanced experience with React.js and Angular (at least one must be strong)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices, and front-end technologies
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
