Role: TEAM MEMBER MANUFACTURING 

Location : Nashik, Sinnar

Education Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering 

Experience required: 4-6 years of experience 

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

• Hobbing and Heat treatment process (Induction hardening process and tempering)
• CNC Programming

Roles and responsibilities: 

• Responsibilities of controlling shift wise production as per plan and deputing manpower for optimum utilization 

• Responsibilities of handling hobbing, Tooth chamfer production lines with adhering all quality systems 

• Responsibilities of rework/Scrap generation analysis and suggestions for the improvement in the same 

• Accountability to conduct product/process audit as per schedule plan 

• Own responsibilities to ensure quality system adhered (TPM, TQM, 5S) through training

• Responsibilities to focus on daily/monthly BSR target and dispatch as per schedule shift wise 

• Accountability to conduct on the job training for the workmen for their skills developed and keeping record of the same for audit purpose 

• Responsibilities to plan and execute the line change overs by coordinating with the tool store to reduce overall setup time. 

• Accountability of reporting, mitigation and minimizing unsafe conditions on shop floor 

• Accountability to ensure timely completion of all data monitoring systems like IATF

• Responsibilities to supervise over 30+ employees & responsible for recruitment, interviews and training of personnel for Production & QA functions 

• Responsibilities of awareness among workmen related to IOT system & production improvement drive (OEE), quality policy and standard, specification of customers
