Essential Skills & Qualifications for a Chief Financial Officer with IPO Track Record

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, or equivalent finance/accounting professional accreditation.
• Extensive experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally at Board level, within a high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading organisations through the IPO process, with in-depth knowledge of UK and/or international capital markets.
