Why This Role?
Key Responsibilities:
- L2 Support for our client's Finance Plus Services - Dealer management services, Merchant application, Customer application.
- Point of contact for (often technically complicated) platform related customer & dealer issues.
- Identify engineering defects based on detailed analysis ( AWS cloud watch, configuration review, android client.
- Operate and reconfigure customer/dealer/dashboard environments to reproduce various technical issues.
- Document and share best practices and update knowledge base for customers and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
