About the Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic and operational development projects in cancer care in line with the Regional Cancer Plan 2024–2027. Your key mission will be to plan, manage, and deliver the procurement and implementation of a digital teledermatoscopy solution to enhance skin cancer diagnostics across the region.
Responsibilities
Lead and monitor large-scale transformation projects in healthcare with both operational and IT components.
Manage procurement and implementation of teledermatoscopy digital tools.
Establish project governance, requirement gathering, and process development.
Coordinate cross-functional teams — healthcare professionals, IT specialists, and leadership.
Report progress, risks, and decisions to the leadership team.
Drive engagement and adoption within the organization.
Required Qualifications (Ska-krav)
15+ years leading major change projects in healthcare.
10+ years in cancer care and related diagnostics.
10+ years implementing digital healthcare solutions (needs analysis, delivery, training, processes).
5+ years with national/interregional IT solutions.
Leadership experience in healthcare.
Knowledge of Swedish healthcare processes, RCC’s mission, patient data legislation, and medical device regulations.
Experience in needs and requirements analysis, IT workflows, and transition to operations.
Familiarity with Projektil methodology.
Preferred Qualifications (Meriterande)
Proven experience in procurement and rollout of teledermatoscopy IT support.
