Business Developer

Why This Role?
We are looking for a "Business Developer" to join our client's automation team. The team will be responsible for the development, management, and implementation of process automations, following the hospital’s established delivery model. This is a hybrid role (upto 80% remote) in Stockholm, Sweden.
About the Role:
The goal of this project is to streamline administrative tasks in healthcare using RPA solutions, primarily with UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform. There is also an opportunity to deliver automations to other departments within Region Stockholm.
The consultant team will:
- Collaborate closely with internal automation team.
- Deliver automations from initial needs analysis to ongoing management.
- Contribute to the development of the delivery and management model.
- Capture new automation ideas from the healthcare staff.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, primarily within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify and analyze administrative processes that are ripe for automation. You'll capture new automation ideas directly from the business, focusing on areas with the highest potential for efficiency gains.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure that all proposed automation solutions align with the hospital's strategic goals and a clear return on investment. You'll be the bridge between technical capabilities and business needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between the automation team and the business units, facilitating communication and ensuring the automation solution meets their requirements from concept through delivery.
- Roadmap Contribution: Partner with the Project Lead and Systems Developer to contribute to the overall automation roadmap, ensuring that project prioritization is based on business value and impact.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management and business development.
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with automations in the healthcare sector.
- Experience participating in the entire automation chain, from needs validation to management.
- Experience with automation in primary medical record systems used in Swedish healthcare (e.g., CGM TakeCare).
Assignment & Employment:
- Location: Stockholm (Hybrid, up to 80% remote)
- Engagement Type: 100-200% (1-2 FTE), with an option for 1-2 additional FTEs if needed
- Start Date: September 15, 2025
- Duration: Until September 30, 2026
- Language: Swedish
