Senior Environmental Project Manager

Are you an experienced environmental leader with a passion for grid resilience and renewable energy? One of our client, with an established engineering and environmental consulting firm is looking for a Senior Environmental Project Manager to join their growing team in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a hybrid role with the chance to drive impactful projects and lead the charge in sustainability.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee environmental projects from concept to completion, focusing on grid resilience and renewable energy.
- Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high performance.
- Supervise field investigations, ensuring data collection and analysis is spot-on.
- Develop proposals, build client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all deliverables.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project documentation for stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering/Geology/Hydrogeology.
- 10+ years in environmental investigations, remediation, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of EPA, CERCLA, and RCRA regulations.
- Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Proven experience in managing projects, teams, and client relationships.
- Ability to travel locally for site visits and client meetings (valid driver’s license required).
