Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support the Director in day-to-day operations, project coordination, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in managing and prioritizing daily tasks to ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Coordinate and monitor project activities, track progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external communication.
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Support in financial planning, budgeting, and data analysis (Finance specialization preferred).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Provide analytical and administrative support in decision-making processes.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: MBA (Finance specialization preferred)
- Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role (Executive Assistant / Project Coordination / Business Support)
- Skills:
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent drafting and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good understanding of project coordination tools; knowledge of PERT/CPM is an added advantage
- Attributes: Mature, cheerful, and positive personality with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
