Customer Quality Engineer (Automotive)
Drive quality and innovation in the automotive industry! We’re hiring a Customer Quality Engineer in Johor Bahru. Salary up to RM7,000.
What You’ll Do
✨ Manage customer complaints with quick response and effective communication
✨ Lead containment actions at customer sites and coordinate cross-functional teams
✨ Drive root cause analysis and submit 8D reports
✨ Regularly visit customers for feedback and quality improvement
✨ Support project quality management and smooth mass production
✨ Ensure quality in engineering and process changes
What We’re Looking For
✔ Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or above
✔ 5+ years in Quality (≥3 years in automotive)
✔ Knowledge of IATF 16949 & VDA 6.3
✔ Familiar with 8D, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, APQP, Control Plan
✔ Motor experience is a plus
✔ Fresh graduate can apply
