About the Role:
Our client is looking for an Entry-Level Secretary / Administrative Assistant to provide support to managers, teams, and departments. The role involves managing routine administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and supporting daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality. This is an entry-level position with close supervision, requiring fluency in Swedish and English.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide secretarial and administrative support to managers and small teams.
Edit, proofread, format, and produce documents.
Handle data entry, filing, and document archiving (paper and electronic).
Schedule and coordinate meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements.
Receive and relay telephone messages from internal and external sources.
Support management teams with reports, presentations, and personnel administration.
Onboard new employees and consultants within the organisation.
Coordinate conferences and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with summer work coordination and administrative tasks.
Collaborate locally and globally on strategic initiatives to enhance employee and customer experience.
Essential Requirements:
* Must-to-Have:
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Located in Ludvika area.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work proactively.
Experience or interest in administration and service-oriented roles.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
* Good-to-Have:
Coordination and structured skills to manage various administrative tasks simultaneously.
Experience supporting management or line teams in operational work.
Knowledge of standard office software and administrative procedures.
