Role Overview
As a Management Trainee Office, your Job will be to help with Job Posting in recruitment team, you will be responsible for creating, formatting, and publishing high-quality job advertisements on Team Tailor. Your role is crucial in ensuring our job postings are professional, clear, and compelling to attract the right candidates.
What you'll do
Create, format, and publish job ads on Team Tailor
Ensure all job postings meet company standards and guidelines for quality and professionalism
Collaborate with KAM teams to understand role requirements and tailor job ads accordingly
Monitor job postings for accuracy and timely updates
Optimize job ads to improve visibility and candidate engagement
Maintain a consistent employer brand voice across all postings
Who you are
A fresh graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or someone with internship experience in HR or recruitment
Interested in recruitment, hiring processes, and employer branding; prior job posting or ATS experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided
Strong written communication skills with great attention to detail
Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role
Well-organized, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and processes
Passionate about recruitment marketing and building engaging job descriptions is a plus
