Accommodation: Executive accommodation provided by the company in the labour camp
Reporting to: HR Manager
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the company. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, handling various administrative tasks, and managing employee and logistics support services.
Key Responsibilities:
Visa Processing:
Handle visa applications and related documentation for all company employees in coordination with the PRO and HR department.Reception Duties:
Manage front desk operations, answer phone calls, greet visitors, and maintain a professional and welcoming environment.Vehicle & Driver Scheduling:
Oversee and manage the daily scheduling of company vehicles and drivers for employee transport and logistics needs.Labour Camp Management:
Supervise and ensure the smooth functioning of company-provided labour accommodations, including cleanliness, maintenance, and employee welfare.Administrative Support:
Assist HR and other departments with documentation, data entry, filing, and correspondence as required.Independence:
Must be able to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of routine administrative functions without constant supervision.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or similar support role
Basic knowledge of visa application processes in the UAE
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in handling labour camp management is an advantage
Should be flexible to work extended hours if required
