Job Description
Phoenix Hospitals is looking for a smart, proactive, and reliable Female Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, presentable, and capable of handling confidential tasks with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Managing Director.
· Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, travel schedules, and follow-ups.
· Prepare reports, maintain files, and handle email correspondence.
· Coordinate internal and external communication efficiently.
· Assist in documentation, presentations, and Google Sheets data management.
· Handle official errands and accompany the MD to meetings when required.
· Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Graduate in any discipline.
· Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a similar PA / Executive Assistant role.
· Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
· Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and other basic computer tools.
· Well-organized, punctual, and able to multitask.
· Two-wheeler is mandatory for official travel.
