Senior Sales Specialist – Commercial Banking

Assignment Description
The Commercial Banking Sales Specialist is responsible for developing new business from prospects and commercial bankers to increase sales revenue through equipment finance solutions. This role focuses on promoting equipment finance capabilities, structuring lease transactions, and supporting commercial clients with capital equipment financing needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities through commercial bankers and direct prospecting
Identify, structure, and close equipment finance and lease transactions
Promote equipment finance solutions to commercial clients and prospects
Support existing commercial clients with capital equipment financing needs
Conduct client meetings to facilitate equipment acquisition and deal closure
Expand commercial client and end-user volume within the assigned territory
Participate in cross-functional bank meetings to generate new opportunities
Monitor market conditions and provide competitive insights to relationship managers
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial banking or equipment finance sales
Bachelor’s Degree required
Strong knowledge of equipment finance pricing and deal structuring
Experience with true lease products and related documentation
Proven ability to develop new business and manage commercial relationships
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to collaborate with commercial bankers and external clients
