We are recruiting instrument pipe fitters for long-term and prestigious industrial projects on the West Coast. The client works on projects with high requirements for quality, precision, and HSE, within frameworks that allow you to focus fully on your trade.
We are recruiting on behalf of a client and are looking for professionals who want to be part of a work environment where technical competence truly matters.
What you will be working with
As an instrument pipe fitter, you will play a key role in project execution:
Fabrication and installation of small-bore tubing (6–12 mm) in stainless steel
Precise bending, clamping, cleaning/flushing, and leak testing
Installation of compression fittings (Swagelok, Gyrolok, Parker A-Lok)
Connections to instruments and valves (NPT/BSP)
Working according to drawings, ISO standards, and applicable HSE and SJA requirements
This role is ideal for those who value precision, responsibility, and high technical standards.
Who are we looking for?
We welcome both experienced professionals and newly qualified candidates — the trade certificate is the most important requirement.
Formal requirements:
Trade certificate/Fagbrev as a pipe fitter or automation technician
You should have at least 2 years of experience if you hold a trade certificate/Fagbrev
Documented training in fittings and small-bore tubing in accordance with NOG 143
Good English skills (Scandinavian languages are an advantage)
Candidates may be based in Europe, but must be willing to relocate to Norway
Desired courses (an advantage, but not mandatory):
Fall protection
Rigger course
Flange tightening / bolt tensioning course
