On behalf of our client, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development / Sales Professional to join their team in London.
This is a hybrid role focused on new sales within the banking, finance, and payments sector, selling IT solutions and services.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive “hunter” profile who thrives on generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new clients within the banking and financial services domain.
This is a mid-level opportunity suited for someone with strong sales drive and experience in IT-related solutions targeting financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive net new business acquisition within banking, finance, and payments
Identify and approach new prospects in the financial services sector
Build and manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Develop and execute account penetration strategies
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Collaborate internally to ensure smooth solution delivery
What We’re Looking For
Experience in business development or sales within IT solutions
Exposure to or experience working with banking, finance, or payments clients
Strong hunter mindset with proven success in new business generation
Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused
