About the role
Are you an experienced enterprise sales professional with expertise in HCM, payroll, and finance transformation services? We are seeking an Enterprise Services Sales Manager to drive strategic growth in the Philippines.
In this role, you will focus on selling enterprise transformation services, collaborating with senior HR and finance leaders, and leading multi-year engagements across complex enterprise environments. You will play a key role in shaping transformation programs that deliver measurable business outcomes for large organizations.
What you'll do
Drive new enterprise business and secure high-value clients
Sell HCM, payroll, and finance transformation services
Build and maintain relationships with CHROs, CFOs, HR, and Finance leaders
Partner with Workday, SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite ecosystems
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-year deals
Guide clients through transformation programs from start to finish
Advise on local HR, payroll, and finance regulations
Who you are
8–12 years’ experience in enterprise services sales
Proven success in selling transformation services, not just software
Established network with senior HR and finance leaders
Familiar with platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM/Financials, NetSuite, PeopleSoft
Experience in functional or consulting roles for HR/payroll systems is advantageous
Strong knowledge of Philippines payroll and HR compliance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Candidates must have valid work authorization in the Philippines
