Assignment Description
Are you interested in playing a pivotal role in a major industrial project, coordinating procurement and on-site activities? Join a dynamic team in Kristiansund where your organizational skills and proactive approach will help keep project operations running smoothly. This position gives you the opportunity to work closely with suppliers, manage commercial processes, and ensure seamless coordination across multiple site interfaces.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate ATS activities and on-site interfaces efficiently
Manage procurement processes, including call-off orders
Maintain accurate documentation and procurement systems
Handle invoices and follow up on commercial matters
Ensure compliance with supply chain policies and HSSE standards
Support supplier performance tracking and evaluation
Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth operations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Higher education in business, engineering, or equivalent professional experience
At least 2 years of experience in procurement, coordination, or project support roles
Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
Ability to work independently while staying solution-oriented
Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering results
Team player capable of collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
Fluent in Norwegian and English
