About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Online Flow Assurance Engineer to join one of our client's team.This role sits at the intersection of traditional subsea engineering and modern digital operations. You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining real-time multiphase flow models that enable our clients to optimize production and ensure flow integrity across complex subsea assets.
This position is ideal for a technical professional who enjoys the challenge of integrating complex physics-based simulations with live industrial data systems and modern web interfaces.

What You'll Do?
Technical & Domain Activities:
Modeling & Simulation: Engineer OLGA multiphase flow models specifically for online, real-time applications.
Workflow Development: Deploy and develop specialized OLGA Online workflows, including Pigging, Hydrate management, Leak Detection Systems (LDS), and Virtual Flow Metering (VFM).
System Integration: Integrate real-time OLGA models with client control systems and digital user interfaces.
Testing & Quality: Lead client-witnessed Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Customer Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
Documentation: Create comprehensive project specifications, test procedures, user manuals, P&ID mark-ups, and control schematics.
Field Support: Perform on-site system installations, field data connections, and deliver end-user training.
Digital & Operations Activities:
UI Development: Design and develop web-based user interface screens for production monitoring.
Data Integration: Integrate production domains with major operations and data platforms (APIS, Cognite, Data Historians, etc.).
Global Collaboration: Participate in global project teams, maintain existing projects, and contribute to the global engineering wiki-system.
Who You Are?
Technical Requirements:
Simulation Expertise: Strong knowledge of dynamic process/pipeline simulation tools, specifically OLGA.
Engineering Literacy: Ability to interpret P&IDs, instrument data sheets, well schematics, piping isometrics, and well tests.
Digital Knowledge: Familiarity with OPC DA/HDA/AE/UA protocols is a significant advantage.
Programming: Knowledge of Python is considered a strong advantage for automation and integration tasks.
IT/OT Interest: A general interest in the application of Information Technology and Operational Technology within the Oil & Gas industry.
Education & Experience:
Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree minimum (Master’s preferred) in Petroleum, Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering, or "Hard Sciences" (Physics, Chemistry, Math).
Equivalency: Relevant professional experience may compensate for formal education.
