About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive "Sr. Document Controller" to join one of our clients at their headquarters in Forus.
In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for the integrity, traceability, and flow of all technical and administrative documentation for major energy projects. You will act as a key coordinator between internal teams, suppliers, and third parties, ensuring that every deliverable meets strict industry and company requirements. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about optimizing digital workflows and document management systems.
What You'll Do?
Deliverable Governance: Monitor, secure, and coordinate document deliverables from internal teams and international third-party suppliers.
Quality Assurance: Verify that all technical and administrative information complies with project requirements and corporate standards.
Process Leadership: Develop, implement, and continuously improve document control work processes to ensure maximum efficiency and traceability.
System Administration: Configure and maintain document management systems, including the management of official project correspondence.
Stakeholder Support: Provide expert guidance and support to less experienced document controllers and assist in preparing for critical project reviews.
Digital Transformation: Contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of new digital tools and technologies within the documentation space.
Communication: Ensure relevant requirements and work processes are clearly communicated to all involved parties to maintain a standardized workflow.
Who You Are?
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the Oil and Gas industry.
Operator Insight: Proven experience with document control during early-phase project development and execution, preferably working for an Operator.
Software Proficiency: Advanced experience in PIMS (Project Information Management System).
Functional knowledge of XaitPorter, Office 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
Language: Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English are mandatory.
Compliance: Candidates must be eligible for screening against relevant sanctions lists to ensure compliance with international law.
