Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Business Development Manager to lead market expansion and drive revenue growth within the hospitality ecosystem. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and executing commercial strategies to scale the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and onboard independent hotels and property partners
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets
• Present tailored business solutions and value propositions to potential partners
• Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational execution
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and revenue targets
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts/projects
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in hospitality, travel tech, or property-related industries
• Existing network with hotel or property partners
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
