Role Overview
We are looking for two HSE & Sustainability Specialists for one of our clients to support tenders and projects within HVDC. In this role, you will ensure compliance with sustainability requirements, coordinate sustainability activities during tendering and project execution, collect data for life cycle assessments and reporting, monitor KPIs, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and customers to drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Do:
Ensure compliance and delivery of sustainability requirements in HVDC tenders and projects
Lead and coordinate sustainability efforts across functions during tendering and execution
Communicate project-specific sustainability requirements to meet customer needs
Collect project data for life cycle assessments, cost analysis, and internal/external reporting
Monitor and act on sustainability KPIs
Estimate and calculate sustainability costs during tendering and project execution
Collaborate with internal sustainability resources to align with overall strategy and targets
Who You Are
Must-Have Requirements
Experience managing or coordinating large infrastructure projects (preferably with environmental/sustainability focus)
Knowledge of sustainability reporting
Good understanding of laws and regulations in the sustainability field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Driven, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as a team player
Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory)
Valid SSG-Entré certificate
Nice to Have
Background in environmental and sustainability management
Experience from the energy or infrastructure sector
