Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates seeking to build a career in a regional support environment.
You will be responsible for handling customer and driver inquiries while ensuring timely resolution and maintaining service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, live chat, and email
Assist riders and drivers with service-related issues in a professional manner
Resolve cases efficiently by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
Accurately document all interactions in the system
Achieve individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
Malaysian or Singaporean citizens
Minimum qualification: SPM / UEC / SKM / SVM / IGCSE or equivalent
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
Willing to work rotational shifts (5 working days per week, including weekends and public holidays)
Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Salary & Benefits
Malaysia Project:
English Speaker: RM 1,900
Mandarin Speaker: RM 2,700 (inclusive of RM 800 language allowance)
Singapore Project:
English Speaker: RM 2,100
Mandarin Speaker: RM 2,900 (inclusive of RM 800 language allowance)
Additional Benefits:
Night Shift Allowance: RM 300
KPI Incentive: Up to RM 400
Shuttle Bus Provided (Johor Bahru routes)
Fully Paid Training Provided
2 rotational off days per week
