Senior Affiliate Growth Manager
Lead creator partnerships and affiliate growth for TikTok Shop across Home, Kitchen, Bedding, and Apparel — build relationships, optimize campaigns, and drive revenue.
Role Overview
Utopia Brands is hiring an experienced Senior Affiliate Growth Manager to lead affiliate growth and creator partnerships for TikTok Shop across Home, Kitchen, Bedding, and Apparel.
This role will own creator recruitment, affiliate program management, influencer relationships, live commerce coordination, sample seeding, and community management, with a strong focus on driving scalable revenue growth through creators.
We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked with top TikTok Shop brands, leading sellers, or established social commerce agencies in relevant categories.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate creators and influencer partnerships
Build and scale creator relationships through outreach, collaboration programs, and performance management
Manage affiliate campaigns, creator briefs, commission structures, and product seeding initiatives
Coordinate creator content and live commerce programs
Manage affiliate communication and creator communities through platforms such as Discord
Partner with internal teams to drive growth opportunities and scale high-performing creator programs
Track affiliate performance, optimize outcomes, and identify new growth opportunities
Benchmark competitor and category strategies to improve program performance
Qualifications
Proven experience in TikTok Shop affiliate management, creator partnerships, or social commerce growth
Experience working with brands in Home, Kitchen, Bedding, or Apparel preferred
Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems, creator recruitment, and live commerce
Experience managing creator communities and influencer relationships at scale
Analytical mindset with strong commercial and growth orientation
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
